Mission Statement

“Above everything we strive for The HiveRP to be buzzing with fun, engagement and activities for the entire community! Our goal is to build a community full of inclusiveness, fairness, fun and provide a City that has many opportunities to choose from. Your characters and storylines are the most important aspect in the RP. You choose what your aspirations are, what your character's goals are, and where your progress will go. You can be anything you want! We will not dictate where your story goes. And we hope you will make The Hive your home as you come on this adventure with us. What will your story bee?”

We are looking for amazing individuals to join our team!

We are looking for individuals to add to our team that will uphold our mission for The Hive RP, and bring open minded ideas, community support and leadership to the community.
Individuals that qualify to be added to our staff team must possess the skills needed for leadership, and not view things one way.
We all come from different backgrounds and RP experiences and all aspects are respected equally. As a team we will focus on community and building together.
Dedication to "Project Hive", and the growth, is what makes our community thrive!
Diversity, Inclusion and Respect are key fundamental building blocks for a great community and we strive to be these things together.

We must uphold the rules within our community and also keep fairness in mind with growth.
We must be able to assess conditions that need remedy or improvement and keep our goals for the community a priority.
Dev experience is a plus! The ability to identify & break down issues that may be script related and refer to appropriate tickets or channel for the Dev Team to resolve.

Dedication to the server is a requirement of Staff Roles. We require ALL Staff Members to be active members in the community and available a minimum of 4 days week or 15 hours.
Staff should be available to respond to support tickets and other concerns that need attention.
Weekly-Monthly meetings are a requirement and will be scheduled with notice.

Participation in RP is encouraged however, not required. Activity is required within Discord and other areas of responsibilities.

Staff do not have entitlement over the community in RP, all players/members are equal.
Staff are expected to maintain the same quality RP as expected from the community.
Use of Admin powers in gameplay is strictly for assisting players or technical server support.
Admin abuse will not be tolerated.
Perms may be granted on a temporary basis for support and revoked at any time.

Applicants must have been active in community and server for a min of 30 days for consideration,
for the exception of vetted applicants.
All applications are reviewed and interviewed by staff as a team before a decision is made.
Upon evaluation the role selection and assignment will be determined.

All Staff Roles are under a 90 day probationary period with evaluation.

Advancement opportunities are available and offered with terms to qualified Staff after probationary period.

Business & Employment

We have an incredibly diverse selection of custom curated and lore player owned businesses in all industries and genres throughout San Andreas.
Player Owned businesses offer opportunities to create engagement and activity through patrons and events. Entrepreneurship begins with the ambition for enhancing roleplay and having a goal to build a successful business, establishing revenue and creating a legacy worthy of true GTA lore.
Businesses also offer additional employment opportunities to the community. Business owners hire and maintain their own employees.
While all hourly payroll is government issued, Owners are responsible for any bonuses and employee incentives.
Employees receive a fixed 10% commissions on all sales through businesses as a part of payroll.

We offer a limited amount of select businesses for FREE on entry level, and also offer Premium Businesses on supporter for those who want additional perks and benefits.

The possibilities are endless within the community to build your empire!

Housing In The Hive RP

Every player begins in The Hive RP with a free apartment. Apartments are equipped with a limited storage and a wardrobe for clothing changes.
Dynasty 8 is available for Properties within all communities around San Andreas for all budgets.
Dynasty 8 housing has limited Shell & IPL floor plans, makes and models, including furnished and unfurnished. Additional decor options, upgrades and features are purchased separately.
MLO Housing is Supporter Package Exclusive. Any inquiries for supporter housing can be made in Discord by opening a ticket.
Supporter Housing includes upgrades, garages, exclusive content, perks and additional benefits.
